Cougars Senior Squad hit the road again to face Royals in the picturesque surroundings of Queen Anne's School in Reading.

Cougars started well, leading 4 - 2 after the first quarter but were pegged back to 6 - 6 by half time in a close match. After the half, Cougars really started to impose themselves and scored regularly to run out winners by 15 - 7, making it two wins in a row for the new season.

Excellent performances by all the team from determined defence, led by Captain Tilly Golesworthy, through excellent midfield transition play with Emma Forde standing out and up front Lucy Lomas had an outstanding day with eight goals including three from free position shots.

It was a long away day trip but well worth it.
